Quoting Coach Frias
- "Today was exciting and we were able to show progress across the track," commented Director of Track and Field and Cross Country
Ta' Frias. "We had four JMU all-time top 10 marks (200m, 5K, 4x400), three additional ECAC qualifiers (200m and mile) and six personal records. The athletes were able to race against large fields and perform competitively with the competition. I'm happy with how we competed and I'm eager for us to continue to improve by putting all the pieces together over the next few weeks."
