At JMU: Fourth-year Duke who should be among the team’s top WR… a vocal and performance leader who is competitive and who has the tools to be a standout WR, said WR coach Tony Tallent… in 2003 played in 10 games (six starts) before missing JMU’s final two contests… third on the team in receptions and receiving yards and tied for second in TD catches… had a season-high four receptions for 37 yards at Maine… had three catches (38 yards) vs. Liberty and three (34 yards), including a seven-yard TD grab, at Massachusetts… had two receptions (32 yards), including a 26-yarder for a TD, at Villanova… had a career-long 81-yard catch for a TD vs. Rhode Island… missed 2002 with a hip problem after being in JMU’s WR rotation as a true freshman in 2001… in 2002 was JMU’s offensive scout team player of the year for his practice play… in 2001 played in each JMU game as a part-time starter… fourth on the team in catches and third in receiving yards… had a catch in nine of 11 games, including JMU's last eight… had season highs of five catches and 61 receiving yards at Villanova… had a two-yard TD catch with 1:52 left in regulation to pull JMU into a 31-31 tie… had three catches for 60 yards, including a season-long 38-yarder, at Maine… had a 19-yard TD catch that allowed JMU to take a 19-18 fourth-quarter lead at New Hampshire… in his first college game blocked a punt that teammate Trey Townsend returned for a TD vs. Elon.
